For those that do not know I have been on a (mostly) ketogenic diet since week 1 of this year. It has been a learning experience from the cyclical ketogenic diet I’ve done in the past. I’ve got to say I feel amazingly healthy, energy, stamina, joints and even my skin are better. (I’ve had dry cracking elbows for years. Poof! Gone.) My family is super curious and helps me where they can. Tempting me and testing me at every turn to test my resolve. I don’t think they understand that once your on this train it builds speed and even the thought of jumping off makes you cringe. I attempted a pizza on week 5 got me so sickly feeling my resolve doubled. Till the next post stay strong my friends.
